Cold-brewed Ethiopian Bombe coffee from and added it to a slick, deep stout. Velvety smooth, deep decadent, filled to the brim with oats delivering coffee, subtle smoke and chocolate notes. |

Mixed Fermentation Bretted IPA. Using wild yeasts from the protecting woodland next door from which we take our name. English hopped, tart and rich. |

classic US IPA. Simcoe and Idaho 7 take us from the old to the new school, backed up by crowd pleasing Citra. Pale but kissed by a touch of crystal and speciality malts. |
