| DIPA with a hefty addition of Citra and Mosaic. But to guarantee saturation at every stage, we used Hyperboost variants from our friends at Yakima Chief. Added during early fermentation and just before packaging ensures saturation at every stage. To keep things up todate we added recent brewhouse favourites El Dorado and Strata for a load of fresh tangerine and pineapple with a dank bite. |

| Malt forward and lightly herbal Irish Red Ale with a lingering biscuity sweetness. Made using whole cone Harlequin and East Kent Goldings hops in the whirlpool, and we're using WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast from Whitelabs that is usually found in classic Irish stouts. |
