Imperial stout aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 2 years. Deep complex beer bringing layers of rich chocolate, molasses and dark fruits with a light acidity, which balances the a huge roasted malt backbone. Vinous aromas, hints of bourbon, vanilla and spice. Brewed and put in to barrel on our 15th Birthday celebration.
