On the palate there is rich fruitcake, a hint of rum, more Mocha coffee, herbal hoppiness and vinous fruit.  The bittersweet finish is smooth, complex and rich but not cloying.  Brewed with a mix of Pale, Chocolate and Crystal malts, and hopped with Goldings, Challenger and Brewers Gold.
