Modern but with one foot in the past. All the base parts of a classic bitter, Boddingtons yeast throwing in some trad esters, a little dose of wheat for that reminiscent creamy finish and the master of all UK hops, Fuggles! We then cranked things up a notch, with a touch of Comet and finally a big touch of Cascade. That leaves us with a really hop forward modern ale, but a lovely complexity of Fuggles, behind the backdrop of tradition and heritage
